When should I show up for my appointment?

We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that we can maximize our time working together.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule and/or cancel, we kindly request a 24 hour cancellation notification. Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or without notification will be charged the full price of the session.

NOTE: Your appointment is not officially cancelled until you receive a cancellation email.

Late Arrivals

Appointments cannot extend beyond the scheduled time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.

Illness

Energy work and massage therapy is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24 hour notice period, there will be no cancellation fee.
